Home, 2. Cancellation & Late Policy
Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 100% of the visit fee.

For inclement weather during the winter months, we follow the Toronto District School Board. Should buses or schools be closed, we will waive our cancellation fee. We really don't want to charge the avoidable fees, so please ensure to provide notice for all appointment changes.
Late Policy:

We understand that life can be chaotic! and we know that life can sometimes slow us down. However, as we do our best to respect your time, we expect you do the same for us and arrive on time for your appointments. The appointments start and end on time, and unless we have the extra time available, we cannot extend sessions due to being late.
We thank you kindly in advance for understanding and respecting everyone’s time.
Credit Card Requirement:

With an intention to improve accessibility to appointment times, credit card information or prepaying for your visit is required to book all initial visits. Credit card information is stored in an encrypted, PCI compliant software (square up or Outsmart EMR) equivalent to that of banking technology, and will not be visible to staff. The card will only be used in the event of missed appointments, late cancellations or if you request us to use it.
